Where do i start? One night stay only, thank god! Arrived at same time as large group of teenagers. Noisy, but to be expecrted with youngsters probably the first time away from home with their school. General noise until midnight , going in and out of each others rooms, talking in the corridor. At midnight I felt that it was late enough. Stood in hallway and asked for noise to stop. Tried again at 2am. No response so went to reception. The gentleman on the desk told me he would inform security. Nothing happened, the noise continued. shortly after my husband stood in the hallway and bellowed at them to all go back to their rooms and stay there. the language barrier was surprisingly overcome. the message was clear to them. In the morning when I complained to Leticia on the desk, I received the usual pr stuff but she informed me that she was powerless to do anything more. She promised faithfully that, at the very least, the manager would contact me without fail on Monday. Everything I said was batted back by her. On our room request on booking, was a quiet room. she told me that probaly at that time that this was the best they could do. She said that on allocation there was probably no quiet room available, but the security guard found me one supposedly at 2am in the morning, but i was not prepared to pack up all our stuff and move to another room, surely the easier option would have been security to say something to the kids. I said there should be a teacher on each floor/ patrols by teachers to avoid this scenario, she told me there was. I asked about the security guard dealing but just got a mumbled excuse. In the taxi I spoke with the driver about it all and he said it is always like this and that it is not a place to stay for couples or families. I have stayed at many places in Madrid, including various university buildings, but this is the first ime that this has happened.

My family and I booked there because we had an early flight out of the airport and there was an airport shuttle. Upon arriving, we learned there was no transport service. This cost us an additional 20 euros. Our suite was awful. The floor was buckling due to prior water damage, both shower heads didn't function properly, one of the toilets didn't flush, and the blackout shutters didn't work in one of the rooms. Breakfast was equally disappointing. There is not much near the hotel - just a mall with a bunch of fast food and understaffed restaurants. If we could do it again, we'd stay in central Madrid and take a taxi to the airport for 30 euros.

AVOID this aparthotel, your vacation will be a nightmare. Some apartments are recently renovated but do not have acoustic insulation, therefore if a neighbor wants to have a party at 4 AM they will hear everything. Useless to contact the reception, they are not professionals, call the Police directly. Excluding the cleaning staff, very friendly and attentive, the hotel con does not take any care with customers; in fact, they are aggressive.

Terrible experience, robbed and assaulted as I was going to check out of the hotel. Manager no where to be seen, everyone unhelpful! Terrible experience, don't stay there! You get assaulted and robbed and the hotel just wants you out! They did not care that all documents and money & cards were stolen. No footage to review. How can there be robbers within the hotel complex? This means its unsafe overall! I stayed there due to location.Hotel staff said it was safe to even walk to the mall, meanwhile I got robbed on their premises...what will happen next? DO NOT STAY THERE. Only one staff member was willing to assist me, with 10 euro, just so I had enough to buy water. Not even the hotel was willing to assist with a credit card link just to assist me with cash, so that I could continue my trip. The easiest was to get me on the shuttle and send me to the airport. Very bad service, terrible place! They are neverminded, careless and only care to process payment and send you to yoru room. Assistance is 0. I commend only Daniela who was kind enough to assist me, the rest NO! We are supposed to be safe in a hotel, not feeling insecure! Thank you for the worst experience ever! Your cleaning ladies do not clean, bed is made up but room is not cleaned. Do not leave anything unlocked, this is not safe!

This place is great, if you just need somewhere to stopover in Spain or Madrid airport before going somewhere else. It has everything you would want, except kitchen utensils! I’m here for three weeks, attending the climate talks, and paid my twenty Euro deposit for implements, only to get a glass jug, two extra saucers (no cups), no cutting knife, potato peeler, etc. etc., and to be honest, I’m getting a bit tired of nagging. Other than that, the location is ugly (sorry, no other word), but there is an Aldi nearby. Don’t come here for the night life, either. However, the appartment itself is very nice, the staff speak English, and there are always fresh towels and shampoo. Would I come here again? If I had to, probably.
